On Saturday, April 8, 2017, the Silvercrest Elementary PTA will be hosting the 12th annual Stallion Stampede Fun Run, Silent Auction and Breakfast, in support of the PTA’s Year End Gift to our school, Silvercrest Elementary. We would like to invite your company to be a part of this fun-filled, family morning! Each spring, the Stallion Stampede is our opportunity to raise funds that can make a lasting impact on our school. Funds from the state and district provide the necessities for schools, but do not fund the “extras” such as additional reading materials, beautification, etc. To date, the PTA’s Year End Gift to Silvercrest has helped fund interactive whiteboards and slates, an outdoor learning center, guided reading materials, a gazebo, grounds beautification, an iPad cart, a laptop cart, a running track, and security cameras for each of the school’s entrances.
We are currently seeking sponsors for this exciting event. We could never put together this event AND meet our fundraising goals without the support of our sponsors from the local business community. The Silvercrest PTA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) educational and charitable organization, and thus your contribution is fully deductible to the extent allowed by law. A tax receipt will be provided for your donation. The deadline for sponsorships is Friday, March 3, 2017 in order to ensure that your business will be recognized in the related event publicity.
