As the walking population continues to get vaccinated, more and more people want to get out and get active. We want to be able to meet the needs of all by offering a healthy fit community that can assist with returning to an active lifestyle safely.
For Walkers, we have coaches who train from a 17 plus pace and up. We have a pace group just for you.

The Jump Start/10K program is perfect for new runners, runners who have stopped training due to injury or for runners who want to train for a 10K. The "Spring" Jump Start/10K program is a slow paced, low-interval (run/walk) training that helps with that "jumpstart" you may need to get back into running.
This group is also a good place for anyone who needs a rest week or easier comeback after being out sick before rejoining the half training group.

Austin Fit SPRING Training Program is back with HALF Marathon Training and 10k training led by USAFIT Certified Coaches. Austin Fit is all about helping others make positive and life altering changes. So, get ready for an uplifting, motivational, and TOTAL fitness experience. We truly cater to both newbies and experienced runners and walkers in our training program.
Runners, we have coaches who train from 9 pace to a 12 plus pace.
Walk Fit, we have coaches who train from a 17 pace and up.
