2021 SCR Marathon & Half Marathon 16 Week Fall Training Camp


Join Space Coast Runners for our Fall Training Camp which will run from August 10 - November 28, 2021. The 16-week training program is geared towards all running levels, including a run/walk program. The camp will conclude with Space Coast Marathon & Half Marathon* on November 28th, 2021. Participants do not need to be running Space Coast to participate as we'll have runners with different goals ranging from 5K to the full marathon!  Coaching will be conducted by Kaitlin Donner, along with designated pace leaders.

Training rotates location on Tuesday evenings. Wednesday day early morning training is also available - it's a little different, as Coach is doing the workout too. Sunday long runs will also rotate between Oars & Paddles and Cocoa Village.

BONUS! Add a 1-hour group strength session each week at New Wave PT & Sports Rehab. These workout sessions address common strength and mobility imbalances in distance runners. 

This camp is open to both Space Coast Runners members and non-members. Register early to receive the best pricing. Rates increase on August 1, 2021.

*Registration for the Space Coast Marathon & Half Marathon is not included with camp registration.
