SCR 3 Week Training Camp Speed Session



3 Weeks of Speed Training! Join Space Coast Runners + New Wave PT for our Spring Training Camp Speed Session which will run from April 13 - May 2, 2021. The 3-week training program is geared towards all running levels, including a run/walk program. The camp will prepare everyone for the Eat My Crust 5K* on May 2, 2021 or any other race you may be targeting. Coaching will be conducted by Kaitlin Donner, along with designated pace leaders. Registration ends on Monday, April 12, 2021.

Athletes will receive:

  • Personalized 3-week training schedule through Training Peaks
  • Group Training Atmosphere
  • Workout pace leaders
  • Access to closed Facebook group for questions, encouragement and accountability
