SCR 12 Week Spring Training Camp


Join Space Coast Runners + New Wave PT for our Spring Training Camp which will run from January 18 - April 11, 2021. The 12-week training program is geared towards all running levels, including a run/walk program. The camp will prepare everyone for the Space Coast Classic 15K & 2 Mile* on April 11, 2021. In addition, participants can opt to add an additional 3 week "Speed Session" which will extend the camp and target the SCR Runner of the Year Series finale race, Eat My Crust 5K* on May 2, 2021. Coaching will be conducted by Kaitlin Donner, along with designated pace leaders. 15% of all proceeds will go directly to local high school running programs.

BONUS! Add a 1-hour group strength session each week at New Wave PT & Sports Rehab. These workout sessions address common strength and mobility imbalances in distance runners. 

This camp is open to both Space Coast Runners members and non-members. Register early to receive the best pricing. Rates increase on January 4, 2021.

*Registration for the Space Coast Classic and Eat My Crust 5K is not included with camp registration.
