SCR Marathon & Half Marathon 12 Week Training Camp



Join Space Coast Runners for our Fall Training Camp which will run from September 7 - November 29, 2020. The 12-week training program is geared towards all running levels, including a run/walk program. The camp will conclude with Space Coast Marathon & Half Marathon* on November 29th, 2020.  Coaching will be conducted by Kaitlin Donner, along with assistant coach Jennifer Absher and designated pace leaders.

Athletes will receive:

  • Personalized 12-week training schedule through Training Peaks
  • Awesome short sleeve tech shirt
  • Group Training Atmosphere
  • Workout pace leaders
  • Nutrition workshop on Sept. 13
  • Pre-race Marathon & Half Marathon Q&A with expert panel of runners on Nov. 8 
  • 20% off all New Wave services for duration of camp
  • Access to closed Facebook group for questions, encouragement and accountability

BONUS! Add a 1-hour group strength session each week at New Wave PT & Sports Rehab. These workout sessions address common strength and mobility imbalances in distance runners. 

This camp is open to both Space Coast Runners members and non-members. Register early to receive the best pricing. Rates increase on August 31, 2020.

*Registration for the Space Coast Marathon & Half Marathon is not included with camp registration.
