Spring 2020 10K Training Program



The DRC Spring 10K Training Program is a 13-week program designed for runners who have just completed the 5k program or who have already completed a 5k or improve on a 10k.  This program will aim at building a runner’s endurance to complete a faster 5k, 10k, or increase their racing distance. This program will begin on January 11th and end on April 4th culminating with the club race, the Tal Morrison 5k or 10k on April 4, 2020 which is free to club members. All groups will meet at the DRC clubhouse on Saturdays at 7:15 AM and Tuesdays at 7:15 PM.
