2023 Austin FIT FALL Training Program

Running, Walking and Jump Start (10K) Programs

Meeting Location is Central:

  • 205 E. Riverside Drive, Austin, Texas 78704
    • (parking lot adjacent the Thundercloud Subs)


  • August 26, 2023 to February 10, 2024
    • Running program - full and half marathon training;
    • Walking program - 10K and half marathon training;
    • Jump Start (10K) - 10K

Start Times:

  • 7:00 AM for the running & jump start programs
    • Jump start (10K) rollout at at 7:05 AM
  • 6:40 AM for the walking program (the walking program may start at 7 AM on event days, i.e., seminars, group pictures, etc.)

Austin Fit FALL Training Program is back with FULL and HALF Marathon, and 10K Training led by USAFIT Certified Coaches. Austin Fit is all about helping others make positive and life altering changes. So, get ready for an uplifting, motivational, and TOTAL fitness experience. We truly cater to both newbies and experienced runners and walkers in our training program.

Runners, we have coaches who train from an 8:30 pace to a 13 pace.

Walk Fit. We have coaches who train from a 16 pace to a 20 plus pace.

Jump Start (10K). This program is perfect for new runners, runners who have stopped training due to injury or for runners who want to train for a 10K. The "FALL" Jump Start - 10K program is a slow paced, low interval (run/walk) training that helps with that "jumpstart" you may need to get back into running. Our jump start coach-led program trains from a 11 to 13 pace.

When you join Austin Fit FALL training program, you receive:
