USAFIT Austin (Austin FIT) 2023 Spring Training

Running, Walking & Jump Start (10K) Programs

Meeting Location is Central:

  • 205 E. Riverside Drive, Austin, Texas 78704
    • (parking lot next to the Thundercloud)


  • March 4, 2023 to May 6, 2023
    • Running program - half marathon training
    • Walking program - up to 6-miles
    • Jump Start (10K) - up to 6-miles

Start Times:

  • 7:00 AM for the running & jump start programs
  • 6:45 AM for the walking program

Austin Fit SPRING Training Program is back with HALF Marathon Training and 10k training led by USAFIT Certified Coaches. Austin Fit is all about helping others make positive and life altering changes. So, get ready for an uplifting, motivational, and TOTAL fitness experience. We truly cater to both newbies and experienced runners and walkers in our training program.

Runners, we have coaches who train from 9 pace to a 12 plus pace.

Walk Fit, we have coaches who train from a 17 pace and up.

Jump Start (10K), this program is perfect for new runners, runners who have stopped training due to injury or for runners who want to train for a 10K. The "Spring" Jump Start - 10K program is a slow paced, low interval (run/walk) training that helps with that "jumpstart" you may need to get back into running.

When you join Austin Fit SPRING training program, you receive:

  • Goal-oriented training program in a fun, friendly, non-intimidating environment
  • 15% off our sponsored Shoe provider products (excluding watches, GPS, etc.)
  • USAFIT Austin training shirt or an option for a USA FIT Austin cap; and, a safety shoe tag
  • Easy-to-follow weekly training schedules for all abilities.
  • Coach-led and coach-supported Saturday long runs with USA FIT certified and experienced coaches for all pace and ability levels

  • Secured water stops at venue and at the 5-mile marks; and, routes through iconic Austin neighborhoods
  • PRINTED routes available before the Saturday long run/walk
