    The Brazoria County Peace Officers Association is a non-profit organization that supports our community in various ways.  We raise money throughout the year to sponsor many activities.  In the past, our organization has donated over $134,000.00 toward educational scholarships, The Brazoria County Fair Association, Military Moms & Wives and Breast Cancer Awareness. Additionally, we are proud to say that we have assisted officers and their families during times of catastrophic illness. 

     This year the BCPOA is hosting its 4^th annual 5k run/walk on September 20^th, 2014.  We are proud to announce the 2013 event raised over $3,000.00 which was used to pay for mammograms for women that need financial assistance.  This year we hope to hold an even larger race event in 2014.  We also hope that you will continue to sponsor this event that assists us in our fight against breast cancer.
