Please join us! The 5th Annual Snowball Run features something for everyone including a chip-timed 5K, cash prizes, a DJ, activities for the kids and a scenic greenbelt course. Speedy racers, casual joggers, strollers and walkers are all welcome!

Course description:
5K
An out and back, fast, flat course for serious runners and for those looking for serious fun! This run/walk will be chip timed and winter-themed costumes are greatly encouraged. Prizes for fastest runners as well as best adult male and female costumes (21+) will be awarded. Runners will receive a t-shirt, while supplies last. Register EARLY to guarantee your shirt.  Runners 12 and under also receive a certificate of completion and are automatically registered for the 100 Yard Dash.
1K
An out and back flat course for kids and kids at heart.  Be sure to dress to impress in your wintry best! Have you ever run dressed up as a poinsettia, candy cane or a gingerbread man?  This is your chance!  The course will be monitored by course stewards to ensure the safety of our junior runners.  Each runner will receive a numbered bib and Snowball Run water bottle (while supplies last). Register EARLY to guarantee your water bottle. Runners 12 and under will also receive a certificate of completion and are automatically registered for the 100 Yard Dash.
100 Yard Dash
After the 5K and 1K races, the real fun begins!  Cheer on kids of all ages as they speed their way to the finish line. Registration includes
a numbered bib, and a medal.

** Kids activities such as face painting, games, arts and crafts, etc will be ongoing at the Infinity Science Park from 9:15 am – 11:00 am.

Course is sanctioned by USATF.  5K Certification:  Sanction #14-25-492

Event Location:
The start and finish line as well as all activities will take place at the Infinity Science Park and in the park’s parking lot located next to Pines Montessori School:

Packet Pick Up:

Packet pick up will be available at Johnny's Pizza, 20669 W. Lake Houston Pkwy, Kingwood, TX from 4:00 pm – 8:30 pm on Friday, December 5, 2014.  Avoid lines the day of the event, pick up your packet on Friday and stay for dinner at the best pizza place in town! Packet pick up will also be available on race day.

Event registration:
Online registration will close at midnight December 4, 2014.  Race day registration will be available.

•  5K Registration – Includes bib number, timing chip, t-shirt (while supplies last).  Racers 12 and under also receive a certificate of     completion and are automatically registered for the 100 Yard Dash.
  - $35 if registered by December 1, 2014.  $40 if registering after December 1, 2014.
• 1K Registration – Includes bib number and water bottle (while supplies last). Racers 12 and under also receive a certificate of completion and are automatically registered for the 100 Yard Dash.
   - $25 if registered by December 1, 2014.  $30 if registering after December 1, 2014.
•  100 Yard Dash Registration – Includes bib number, and finishers medal.
   - $15 up to and including race day (no additional charge for late registrations).

Family/Team discounts:  Families or Teams of 4 or more receive 10% off their total registration. Minimum purchase must meet or exceed $60.00 to qualify. Does not apply to registrations received after December 1, 2014. Please use Discount Code “GROUP” when registering.

All monies raised will be used to enhance the grounds of the Infinity Science Park located in Kingwood, TX.
