Welcome to the 17th season of USAFIT Miami. We are a training program designed with the goals of completing the Miami Marathon and Half Marathon and other road running races during the season as well. 

Our coaches are devoted to getting you in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating, fun, and safe environment. Upon joining, you will receive day-by-day training schedule,  Saturday morning group runs/walks, access to trained coaches, informational seminars and a USAFIT Miami Marathon Training T-shirt.

Ask anyone who has completed their goal of getting in shape or finishing a half or full marathon, and I'm sure they will tell you it has truly changed his/her life. You will feel fitter, happier, and mentally much stronger. This training program is the most enjoyable, most inspiring, and most efficient way to get in the best shape of your life.

Does just hearing the word marathon intimidate you? That's okay, come out and join us anyway. Our coaches have worked with many people who thought they could never do this. Our participants have various goals ranging from getting in shape to running or walking the full marathon distance. You will have fun and meet other people just like you to exercise with and help you accomplish your fitness goals.  Our top priority is getting you ready for your walking or running goal while staying healthy.  

Once your register, you'll receive our weekly newsletter and can access the training schedule on the USAFIT Miami website using the password provided by email after you register.
