Welcome to the 2024 USA FIT Lubbock Winter/Spring training season for Runners and Walkers. We will be training together to become healthier, stronger, and to get Fit. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Our weekly Saturday meetings offer encouragement, guidance, and companionship on our fitness journey. January 27th - 8:00am at Tech Terrace Park
February 3rd - 8:00am at Mackenzie Park Broadway entrance
