USA FIT Boston Marathon and Half Marathon Training Program

Welcome to USAFIT Boston, also known as BostonFit!  We are still accepting members for our 2020 season, and we're excited for you to join us!

Whether you are a casual runner or experienced marathoner, training with BostonFit will change your life. Our members come back year after year to train with friends and achieve their running goals. Our flexible 2020 season schedule covers training for many races, starting with the rescheduled Boston Marathon weekend in September and continuing through the late fall.  Our members will be training for a variety of fall races of various distances, so whatever you are training for we’ve got you covered!

For experienced runners who are looking for an alternative to a traditional training program, our Advanced Training Program (ATP) may be for you. The ATP schedule takes you through a progression of specific and explosive strength training in conjunction with a more strenuous training schedule. All ATP new members are required to have completed a marathon before starting with BostonFit.

This year will be different than usual for us, since we will begin the season in a virtual format rather than meeting in person, as we adhere to social distancing guidelines due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Although our team meetings will be virtual and our training runs will be run individually to start the season, you will still receive the same level of support and guidance from our coaching staff as always!
