As SCS/Tri-Avengers continues to grow, we continue to add programming. SCS/Tri-Avengers hosts several special group runs, yearly Couch 2 5k & Couch 2 Sprint Triathlon traiing programs, a DIY mini-triathlon and half & full marathon training programs. We also offer bi-monthly mini lectures on topics such as nutrition, goal setting, avoiding injury, and planning a training season. By donating to SCS/Tri-Avengers in 2017, you will directly contribute to the assurance that these programs & offerrings will continue to be available as well as to the evolving of a club providing for its community's mind, body, & spiritual well-being.
