Saturday Route

Starbucks (in the Lakeside shopping center)

Flower Mound, TX 75022

Route Details:

Mosty road course with minor sections of trail and additional add-on sections.

Water stop is located 2.5 miles from the start.  

Typical route distance is 5 miles - 8.5 miles.  Routes can easily be extended through the many additional options in Murrel Park.

 


Sunday Route

Time and Location:

Kroger Supermarket (meet in the Notheast corner of the Parking Lot, by the drive through pharmacy)

3400 Fm 407 E.

Bartonville, TX 76226

Route Details:

Mile long straightaways and rolling hills throughout the course.  You will enjoy the breaktaking views of large estates, beautiful countryside, and amazing animals.  

Water stop is located 2.3 miles from the start and at the beginning of 4 mile loop.  

This is a great long run course with available firestation bathroom and additional water spout on the north side of the loop.

 


Thursday Route (Hills)

 

Time and Location: 

5:30 am

Meet at Post Oak Park on Flower Mound Road

Flower Mound, Tx

Route Details:

Long steady hills and short steep inclines.  Build strength and power at any pace with this challenging early morning run! 

Water stop is located at the entrance of Twin Coves Park, 1 mile from the start


 

Tuesday Track Run

 

*Route is just a big circle*  :)

Harmon High School Track

Route Details:

A circle, can't get lost!

We run speed intervals of different distance 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m with walking rest.

 


 

Wednesday Trail Run

*Route is subject to change as there are several trail routes at this location*

 

Time and Location: 

9:00 am

Murrell Park

880 Simmons Rd, Flower Mound, TX 75022

Route Details:

There are two main trails:

  1. ​Murrell Park to Rockledge Park and back: 7.6 miles
  2. Murrell Park to Twin Coves Park and back: 9.1 miles

Both routes have turn arounds periodically so you aren't ever obligated to run the full milage on either trail (Unless you want to cool)
