Wednesday Night Run

Join us in conjunction with RunWell for an evening group run!  The run is generally an out-and-back, usually up to 6 miles, and welcomes all distances and paces.  You'll never feel alone as you pass familiar faces on the trail.  Start times begin at 6 p.m.

During the Spring / Summer (Daylight Savings time) we run at 7:00 am and in the winter we run at 8:00 am on Saturday mornings.
