Speed Training Program

Join CARA for group speed training for a fun and social workout of intervals or tempo training. Workouts are based on current active training program goals.

  • Ongoing: Wedneday's 6:30pm @ Wilson Track / Montrose Beach (Chicago)

  • January 3 to April 11, 2018: Wednesday's 6:30pm @ NovaCare Naperville (Naperville)

  • Ends October 4, 2017: Tuesday's 6:00pm @ Downers Grove South High School (Downers Grove) 

  • Ends October 4, 2017: Wednesday's 6:00am @ Lakeshore East Park (Chicago)

  • Ends October 4, 2017: Wednesday's 6:00pm @ Ost Field Track (Schaumburg)


  • Individualized workouts options available at Wilson Track session from Coach Tom Cuffe.

  • November 1, 2017 to January 20, 2018: Group option to follow CARA Winter Half Marathon training plan at Wilson Track.

  • January 1 to May 5, 2018: Group option to follow CARA Winter Half and Marathon training plans at Wilson Track and NovaCare Naperville.

  • January 1 to April 11, 2018: Group option to follow Boston Performance Training Plans at NovaCare Naperville.
