CARA's Marathon Training Kickoff will get you prepared for the upcoming marathon training season. This event is for runners of all experience levels who will be taking part in the CARA summer marathon training program or those who would like to learn more about the CARA training experience.
CARA Director of Training, Tim Bradley, will get you ready to take on CARA’s popular marathon program. Additional expert presenters will provide education and insight into the marathon-specific topics you need to know to reach the marathon start line healthy and ready to race. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet their training site leaders who will share tips and insights, specific to each training location.
