Group Run Network Details


Become a CARA Friend Member

How it Works: 

  • Runs are led by experienced CARA members.

  • The group run leader will make some brief announcements, review the run route and answer any questions.

  • Runners of all paces and abilities are welcome at all runs. Runners will organize with runners of similar pace at the start before beginning the run.

  • Runs are typically 3-5 miles. Check the run's calendar listing for details. 

What to Bring:

  • If desired, bring your own personal hydration (water bottle, etc...), GPS watch or timing device/watch.

  • Jogging strollers are permitted. Please check with your group run leader regarding running with pets on a leash.

  • No gear check is provided at these runs.

Membership Requirement:

  • These group run network runs are open to all active CARA Supporter and Friend Level members. If you are interested in our training programs, information is HERE. If you are interested in our Member Speedwork, information is HERE.

  • CARA Supporter Level membership dues are as follows (Individual - $35, Family- $70, Student - $15). Join or Renew HERE, and receive full CARA member benefits.

  • Not yet ready to join at the Supporter Level? Become a CARA “Friend” Member at no cost HERE and begin joining us at Group Run Network runs.

  • Please review CARA's weather policy HERE.

  • Runners should consider CARA's weather policy prior to traveling to a run. CARA will NOT make special announcements about group run network runs canceled due to weather.
