CSP Training Overview with Coach Bill Leach

  • CSP (Core-Strength-Power) Training with Coach Bill Leach features a series of unique exercises designed to strengthen the body's "core" - that is, the muscles of the hips, abdomen, back, and torso.

  • Sessions also include strength and power exercises for the muscles that propel you forward while running.

  • Regardless of your ability or fitness level, you will get results and have fun with this program for all levels.

Upcoming Sessions: Sessions are held Monday's and Thursday's at 6:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

  • 8 Week Session: $180 (Returning / Alumni $135*)

  • 6 Week Session [Sept. 10-Oct. 18 Session]: $140 (Returning / Alumni participant $95*)
