Since the next Gold Cup race is not until 09/17, there will be no Round-Ups or Previews until 09/15.

Lowell Labor Day Weekend 5K
- Scoring of the race has been completed, and you can find the SCORED RESULTS HERE. Please review the results for any issues, and report any discrepancies to the Statistician.
- We have also updated the CURRENT STANDINGS HERE. Again, please review and report any discrepancies to the Statistician.
- For those of you who are new, you may not be aware that one of the items at the Gold Cup table at each race is a race evaluation. All the feedback we receive on these evaluations goes to the race directors, as well as being integral to the construction of our schedule in future seasons. If you didn't get a chance to fill it out on Saturday, you can FILL OUT THE EVAL HERE.
- Finally, we want your photos! In the spirit of the community, we want to put together an online album for each race this season! Any photos you wish to contribute can be emailed to the Archivist.

1,980 steps in the Towers that fell on 9/11. That's 17 times up & down 120 stairs in the Lake County Fairgrounds Grandstand. You will be given 17 pennies, dropping off 1 after each lap completed. When your pennies are gone, you are finished! A smaller climb of 354 steps (the number of steps in the Statue of Liberty) is also available.

(Preferred minimum age: Kindergarten class of 2023)
Participate in practices, inter-squad meets, local/national meets and HAVE FUN!
(Practices three times weekly in Crown Point/Merrillville/Schererville)
The biggest stage is Coaches Cross Country Nationals, which is being held in Indiana for the 2022 season!
Great way to get your child more involved in running, no matter their experience!

Volunteer instructions:
- All volunteers must register online individually via the link above.
- We require all volunteers to be 14 years of age or older on the day of the event and accompanying minors are not permitted.
- Volunteers are required to present photo identification at check-in.
- Volunteers are discouraged from bringing bags or other personal belongings to the event. Gear check will be required for belongings that cannot be carried in a volunteer's pockets, including personal bags, purses, backpacks or similar items.
- Volunteer commitment: 188 volunteers
- Registration deadline: All volunteers must register online individually by Friday, September 30, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. The registration link will be available until all of the requested spots are filled or until the registration deadline.
