Monday Colgate Hills

BRC Hill Workout 

Our workout on Monday at 7:00pm is at a DIFFERENT LOCATION. We will meet at the SW corner of Wolf Pen Creek Park, next to the Arts Council (corner of Colgate and Dartmouth). There is plenty of parking next to the Arts Council and along Colgate Dr. (see map below).

Our workout will begin with a warmup around Wolf Pen Creek Park: https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/5122104613.

We will then do the Colgate Drive 1,200m Hill Repeats - 600m down & 600m up: https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/2305933264.

  • Lower mileage (1200 x 3) = down and up the hill 3 times

  • Medium mileage (1200 x 4) = down and up the hill 4 times

  • Higher mileage (1200 x 5) = down and up the hill 5 times
