Dear Future ASHE Sponsor: On behalf of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) chapter, I would like to invite you to participate in the 2015/2016 Sponsorship Program. The DFW Chapter seeks sponsorships from local firms to help support the DFW Student Chapter, Community Outreach and Scholarship Programs, in addition to keeping monthly program costs at a minimum. In order for you to choose the package that best fits the needs of your firm, we offer a variety of choices. Benefits to being a sponsor include your company name on the home page of the chapter’s website along with a web-link; membership fees; and attendance at monthly programs where you will have the opportunity to do some networking, just to name a few.

POLICIES:

• Opportunity to provide one educational lunch & learn event for the sponsorship year. (Topic subject to approval by the ASHE DFW Board.)

• Opportunity to provide one educational article for the ASHE DFW Section Newsletter. (Topic subject to approval by the Board.)

We welcome and appreciate in-kind support as another option. Recognition of in-kind sponsorships is provided depending on the event, including verbal recognition, sponsor signage, etc. Your in-kind contribution may assist with any of the following:
