Hey all,

We hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy. As we navigate these uncertain times together, life can get stressful. For all of us, races are getting cancelled and our gym are closed, leaving us all to wonder, "What Now!?". As triathletes, we've trained for and learned to adapt to the unexpected. In this month's newsletter, we've included a link to some streaming workout videos as provided by Triathlete Magazine. There are a plethora of other sites and publications that are also offering up alternatives from home workouts, to how to train for swimming without a pool. 

Stay tuned to our Facebook group for updates, new "alt-training" tips, and group training opportunities. If you come across any tips yourself or are looking to host your own small group run or ride, let up know and we'll help spread the word. 

Everyone, please stay safe, healthy, and calm. Get outside for a little bit and get some fresh air. Enjoy a run or ride by yourself or in a small group. We know it's going to get a little lonely out there, but these are the cards all of us have been dealt and we will all get through this together. We hope to see everyone soon.
