We hope that you and your family members are now safe and dry as we know that all of you were affected in some way by the devastation of Hurricane Harvey.

We are saddened as we realize that many of you, as well as some of our key committee members, have had your homes destroyed and are focusing on getting your lives back together. 

After much debate, we have decided that it is best to cancel this year's Brent Event.  Sugar Land Memorial Park was completely flooded by Hurricane Harvey and we do not know when the water will recede and what the trails will look like when it does.
