Where: Indian American Cultural Center (8605 Merrillville Road, Merrillville, IN 46410)

- 4:15 PM Cocktails (Cash Bar)
- 5:00 PM Invocation – Dinner (Buffet Style)
- 5:45 PM Awards Ceremony
- 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM Music, Dancing, Raffle Style Auction, 50/50 Raffle
You must register online (or by mail) in advance – NO EXCEPTIONS
Reservations must be paid in advance - NO EXCEPTIONS
Reservations will not be refunded after January 17, 2026 - NO EXCEPTIONS
Buffet Style Dinner
Guests are $35.00 each
If you are a 2025 Gold Cup participant, your dinner is already paid for. However, if you RSVP then do not show up, you will be invoiced $35.00 to pay for the dinner that is reserved for you.
If you would like to sit with friends & family, please complete this form to reserve your table.
Tables requests must have between 8 and 10 guests. Tables less than 10 may have additional guests seated as needed.
You may also submit a “sitting with" request for groups 7 or less.
