Track 2024
This option is for those who want to participate in learning the fundamentals of track and attend AAU Meets/local meets.
Anyone doing AAU meets must purchase a uniform.
Summer Running Basics/Maintenance
This option is for Striders who wish to do more running and prepare for the Friendship Run 5K.
This option includes entry into the Friendship Run 5K
This option will run on the track on Monday's and on the Erie Lackawana on Thursday's
This option does not require a uniform but we would love to see everyone in "Strider wear" at the Friendship Run 5K
EVENT INFORMATION
Summer Running Program Information
OPEN FOR AGES 5-18 (the track program is geared towards beginner track runners)
(Preferred minimum age: Kindergarten class of 2025)
Learn the fundamentals of track and/or train for Highand All America Mile & Friendship 5K
Participate in practices, inter-squad meets, local/national meets and HAVE FUN!
(Practices will be held at Andrean High School and Fuzzyline Brewery (Erie Lackawana trial run))
Great way to get your child more involved in running, no matter their experience!
All practices coached by certified coaches!
Strider membership required prior to registration.
