2024 Winter #2 Livonia Rec Pool Swims

Livonia Rec Pool - USMS Pool Swims. -  8 swims sessions  (if you are a Liv Rec member text 248-308-7442 for additional info)  - First swim Feb 24th, last swim on April 13th 

6:30 am to 8:00 am

3 lanes of workouts with different workouts provided to challenge all levels of swimmers.

Basic lessons of swimming is required, it is intended for those that can already swim 100 yards or more in the pool without stopping.  

These are group swims where members share the lane with other swimmers and do the same sets at the same time.  FAST members only.

This session will not include a dedicated on-deck coach 100% of the time.

USMS registration is not required as all members must be FAST members nor do you need to be a member of the Livonia Rec Center

Total costs are $52 per person. 

If any spots remain open after this registration is closed individual open slots will be sold separately for $8 per swim, also with online registration.
