Team Calpine can't run without our volunteers!  If you are a Houston-area employee who would like to join Team Calpine as a volunteer, complete the form below to register.

We will have volunteer opportunities leading up to the event in the Houston office, as well as race day support at the start/finish line and along the route on January 15, 2017.  

Please complete one form for each volunteer (employee or guest).  The minimum age to volunteer is 12 years old.  Please fill out all fields and click "Sign Up for My Selected Position" when complete.

General Volunteer - Week of Event
Volunteers needed in the Houston office to help put together runner packets, goody bags and support station supplies the week of January 9, 2017. Shifts will be assigned in two hour increments throughout the week.

Please read any waiver carefully. It includes a release of liability and waiver of legal rights and deprives you of the ability to sue certain parties. Do not agree to this document unless you have read and understood it in its entirety. By agreeing electronically, you acknowledge that you have both read and understood the text presented to you as part of the registration process. You also understand and agree that events carry certain inherent dangers and risks which may or may not be readily foreseeable, including without limitation personal injury, property damage or death. Your ability to participate in the event(s) is/are subject to your agreement to the waiver and by agreeing herein, you accept and agree to the terms of the waiver and release agreement. You must be over 18 years of age OR the parent/legal guardian of a minor under 18 years of age OR the legal guardian of an incapacitated and/or mentally challenged person in order to agree to the text below.

As a Team Calpine Volunteer, I pledge to a) Adhere to all race rules and regulations as outlined by the Houston Marathon Committee, and to ensure my guests also adhere to them; and b) Adhere to Calpine policies (where applicable) such as Code of Conduct and Business Travel and Expense
