Summer Running Program Information 

OPEN FOR AGES 5-18 (the track program is geared towards beginner track runners)
(Preferred minimum age: Kindergarten class of 2027, reach out to Coach Matt for younger ages)

Learn the fundamentals of track and train for upcoming local road races.

Participate in practices, inter-squad meets, local meets and HAVE FUN!

Great way to get your child more involved in running, no matter their experience!

All practices coached by certified coaches!

Strider membership required prior to registration.

PRACTICES START MAY 28TH!

Practices on Mondays and Thursday will be held at the public track at 1000 S Main St, Crown Point, IN 46307.

All practices will be at 5:30PM.

All program participants will be expected to either participate in or volunteer at the Friendship 5K on August 3rd.
